'Susie' Kern, 49 MARYDEL, Md. - Susan Ann 'Susie' Kern, died on Sept. 18, 2012 in the Bay Health Medical Center, Dover, Del. She is survived by her husband, Charles Kern III; daughter, Christine Kern; son, Charles Kern; and two sisters, Bonnie Hartzell and Elizabeth George.
