WYOMING - Sue J. Wright, passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 in Kent General Hospital, Dover. Sue was born on Nov. 1, 1942 in Saltillo, Texas, daughter of the late Valton and Nannie Sue (Orren) Burns. She had worked as a secretary for the United States Air Force in Dover. Sue is survived by her husband of 50 plus years, Lester R. Wright; two sons, Ammon K. Wright of Portage, Mich., and Ralph A. Wright of Navarre, Fla; daughter, Renee S. Roberts of Bear; grandchildren, Cadet Nicholas L. Wright, of West Point, N.Y., Natalie S. Wright, of Portage, Mich., Chase T. Wright and Forrest D. Wright, both of Fla., Ryan J. Roberts and Russell D. Roberts, both of Bear; great-grandson, Kaiden A. Wright of Fla.; and four brothers, Robert Burns, Steven Burns, Duane Burns, and Orren Burns. Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012 in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where visitation will be one hour earlier. Committal service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Chapel, 2465 Chesapeake City Rd., Bear. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901 or online delawarehospice.org. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
