After nearly two months of closure following an alleged arson, the Target store in Dover is scheduled to reopen Friday. Company spokeswoman Maddie Wojtalewicz confirmed the date Wednesday but said no further comment was available. The store at 148 John Hunn Brown Road has been closed since July 10.
