Speak Up: Dover cannabis survey doesn’t represent population
Posted
Terri H. Moore wrote an Opinion disputing the reliability of a recent city of Dover survey about the marijuana industry.
At last, someone expresses the common-sense view of a survey. Every day, some entity declares that “X” percent of a certain group of people say “X.” I constantly say, if one is declaring that “X” percent of Americans believe “X,” then that can’t be true since they didn’t call me. Terri H. Moore cites this issue perfectly. Thanks for your letter. I hope more folks see the light. — Warren W. Hensley
I thought your article was well written. Your points seemed valid. I read this Opinion because the information appeared nonbiased. When I got to the end of your article, you included morals as one of the changes that will be made if marijuana sales are approved using the methodologies already stated. I don’t see how legalizing marijuana is affecting any morals. It appears that you were not in favor of legalization. — Cathy Spear
