A nearly two-month wait for Target shoppers ended at 8 a.m. Sept. 9. The store opened for the first time since July 10, when it was closed due to a fire that brought an arson arrest. About 15 minutes before the opening, about 25 visitors were lined up outside the doors. The first in line said he’d arrived at 5:45 a.m. Following a brief ribbon-cutting, customers streamed in with purchases on their minds.
