At approximately 9:50 p.m. Johnnie Mosely was seen driving a vehicle that ran a red light and nearly caused a collision on U.S. 13 in the area of Canwit Drive. Police made a stop and determined through investigation that he was intoxicated.

Police said Mosely was taken into custody and found to possess crack cocaine upon transport to the police station.

Mosley was charged with fifth offense DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to stop at a red light. He was arraigned via video court in Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on $5,450 unsecured bond.
