SMYRNA — The Smyrna School District Board of Education is looking for another member to be appointed after the recent resignation of the Rev. Scot McClymont, whose term would have expired in June 2024.
The vacancy needs to be filled until June. In May, a member of the community will be elected in a public election to fill the remaining two years of the Rev. McClymont’s term.
Applications are available online at smyrna.k12.de.us under District News, School Board Vacancy. The deadline to apply is 4 p.m. Friday.
