DOVER - The site for Saturday’s DIAA Division II football state semifinal game between Milford High and Wilmington Friends has been moved.
The contest will now be played at St. Mark’s High at 2 p.m. It was originally slated to be played at Tower Hill but the school did not have enough personnel to work the game.
The top-seeded team hosts semifinal games but Wilmington Friends’ field does not have a fence around it. The Milford-Friends contest is one of three state tournament games being played this weekend.
In the other Division II matchup, Delmar plays at A.I. DuPont on Friday at 7 p.m.
In Division I, Middletown hosts William Penn on Friday at 7:30 p.m. with Smyrna hosting Hodgson on Saturday at 7 p.m.
