SMYRNA - Shawn K. Berger passed away in his home on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013. Shawn was born in 1992 in Dover, Del. He worked in construction and enjoyed playing baseball. Shawn is survived by his mother Michelle Blevins and her husband Jeff of Smyrna; his father, James Berger and his wife Chris of Dover; three sisters, Leslie Berger, Patricia Berger and Kasie Dennin all of Dover; maternal grandmother, Barbara Davis of Dover; paternal grandmother, Margaret Berger of Woodside; several aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; an extended family of friends; and his dog Snoppie. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to the funeral home to help with expenses. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
