I read a short Opinion in which Stan Sipple of Felton suggested that, since it is impossible to stop the sales of guns, making the ammunition for them difficult to find might be an answer (“'We have to do something' about gun violence”).
That would lead me to believe that he only wants police and politicians to be able to protect us.
