SMYRNA - Shardae L. Downes passed away peacefully on Feb. 9, 2015. Shardae was born Jan. 3, 1994 to Sherri Corbin Williams and Lamont Downes, Sr. Funeral services will be noon, Sunday, Jan. 15, 2015 at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, located at 855 High Street, Chestertown, Md. There will be a two hour viewing prior to the service. Interment will be private. Letter of condolence may be sent and guest book may be signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com
