Delaware State Police asked for the public’s assistance Friday with locating several people wanted on charges connected to a large-scale drug-trafficking organization.
Among those sought is George Johnson, 40, of Bridgeville, who police identified as the organization’s leader.
An investigation into this group resulted in the state’s largest seizure of prepackaged heroin, valued at approximately $1.65 million, authorities said. This seizure — part of “Operation Dawg House,” which began in November 2021 — was announced Wednesday.
Other items seized included three firearms and ammunition, three motor vehicles, marijuana, fentanyl, cocaine and $65,000 in U.S. currency.
In connection with this investigation, Mr. Johnson is sought on charges of racketeering, second-degree conspiracy (seven counts), possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in Tier 3 quantity (33 counts) and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Others sought on felony charges include Allen White, 35, of Georgetown; Andre Washington, 27, of Seaford; Kevin Ricketts, 59, of Seaford; Semeion Reed, 21, of Georgetown; Courtney Cahall, 35, of Delmar; and Brian Bell, 34, of Ocean View.
