DOVER — Two arrests followed a search warrant execution at a home in the 400 block of East Water Street on Tuesday, Dover police spokesman Sgt. Mark Hoffman said.

Police located Rubens Dorival, 27, of Dover, who was wanted in connection with incidents which took place Aug. 4 and Monday, Sgt. Hoffman said. He was taken into custody and the search warrant execution proceeded, authorities said.

Inside the apartment, police said, officers located the dirt bike that Mr. Dorival was allegedly operating in the two incidents, as well as a small amount of marijuana, a .22 caliber rifle and a 9mm handgun.

Mr. Dorival was charged with disregarding a police signal, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and multiple traffic offenses. He was released on his own recognizance.

Ashley Pitts, 30, who police said lived at the home, was charged with possession of a deadly weapon by person prohibited (two counts), drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. She was released on her own recognizance.
