By Glenn RolfeSEAFORD — The Seaford Community Night Out, an effort to promote prevention of crime and drug use, will be held Oct. 6.
The family-friendly event, from 5-7 p.m., will feature live entertainment, free dinner, numerous giveaways, chances to win bicycles and demonstrations from numerous agencies, including the Delaware State Police Canine Unit and Trooper 2.
It will be staged on the grounds of the Seaford Police Department and the Western Sussex Boys & Girls Club on Virginia Avenue.
