Seaford man charged with drug offenses

SEAFORD - George Reha, 36, of Seaford, was arrested on drug charges following a criminal investigation that began Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

At approximately 12:46 p.m., Delaware State Police said, troopers responded to a residence located on the 22000 block of Ross Station Road for a reported disturbance.

Upon their arrival, spokesman Senior Cpl. Leonard DeMalto said, troopers contacted Mr. Reha. During the course of their investigation, troopers discovered that he was in possession of approximately 3.41 grams of cocaine, approximately 19.80 grams of marijuana, and over $34,000 of suspected drug proceeds, police said.

Mr. Reha was taken into custody at the scene without incident.

Mr. Reha was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $11,000 secured bond.
