Hall Blackwell, 71 REHOBOTH - Savannah Amanda Hall Blackwell died May 9, 2013 at home, surrounded by her loving children and family members. Savannah was born Sept 3, 1941 in Rehoboth to the late York & Catherine Waples Hall. Savannah worked as a Librarian, Computer Data Entry Specialist, NASA space program, and Avon Fashions retiring in 1995 moving back to Rehoboth to enjoy her retirement. Savannah is survived by her two sons, Robert and Debra Blackwell, Lafayette, Colo. and Wayne and Angie Blackwell, Aurora, Colo.; three daughters, Sheena and Rodney Frazier, Rehoboth, Del., Venetia Hall, Baltimore., Md, and Kathryn Felton-Raleigh, N.C.; her oldest granddaughter, Carman Blackwell,Rehoboth, Derl.; seven other great- grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; four sisters; two brothers.
