Sandy Thomas Miller, 86 HOUSTON — Sandy Thomas Miller, also known as "Tippy," "ST," "Buddy", passed away Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, in the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in the Pentecostal Church of God, 9163 Greentop Rd., Lincoln where family and friends may view from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, Suite 205, New Castle, DE 19720-1633. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
