Sandra Petrucci, 89

DOVER - Sandra Petrucci, formerly of Luther Towers, Dover, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008, in Silver Lake Center, Dover. She was 89.

Born in Sicily, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Anna (Dimino) Maniscalco.

Mrs. Petrucci lived in New York and was employed with the New York State Department of Mental Hygiene prior to moving to the Milford area in 1973.

She and her late husband, Joseph Petrucci, later moved to Dover and resided at Luther Towers for several years.

Mrs. Petrucci had been a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, and will be remembered as a kind and gentle person who enjoyed being with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Vucic, in 2006.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Susan Petrucci of Aubrey, Texas; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at 9 a.m. on Friday at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St., Dover.

A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday in Holy Cross Church, South State Street, Dover.

Burial will be in the Milford Community Cemetery.
