GREENWOOD - Samuel E. Brooks passed away August 18, 2015. He was born June 11, 1952 to the late Samuel Benson and Eleanor Brooks. Funeral services will be 12:00 pm, Saturday, August 22, 2015, at Victory Baptist Church, located at 16241 S. Sussex Hwy, Bridgeville, DE, where there will be a two hour viewing prior to the service. There will be a public viewing from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, August 21, 2015 at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, located at 717 W. Division St, Dover. Interment will be in the Sharon Hill Cemetery Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
