SALISBURY -- Ruth Anne Webster Watkins, 86, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. The daughter of the late Harry and Ruth Webster of East New Market, she and her late husband, Brantley Watkins Sr., resided in Pocomoke City, Ocean City and Jupiter, Fla. She and her husband were the original owners of Twin Towers Restaurant and Motel and The Upper Deck Restaurant in Pocomoke City. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Virgil Webster of Salisbury and William Webster of Federalsburg; and sister, Charlotte Harper of Salisbury. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. A graveside service was held Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Pocomoke City. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
