MILFORD - Ruth F. McGee, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford surrounded by her loving family. Ruth was born December 24, 1926, in Slaughter Beach Del., to the late Conrad and Lyda (Darby) Fassel. Ruth enjoyed cooking, swimming, arts and crafts, antiquing and being with her family. Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Eldert R. McGee; children, Sandra M. Cohee and her husband Dale of Milford, Nancy Frazer and her husband, James of Dover; grandchildren, Evan C. Frazer and his wife Tricia of Garner, N.C., Emma Frazer of Dover and Corey Cohee of Milford; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home 119 N.W. Front Street Milford, DE. where friends may call after 10 a.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Delaware Hospice Center 100 Patriots Way Milford, DE 19963.
