LEWES - Russell R. Evans passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014, following an eight year battle against cancer. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2013 at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 where friends may begin visiting at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Bethel Methodist Cemetery, Lewes. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lewes Presbyterian Church, 133 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 or Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
