Lower Sussex topped M.O.T., 4-1, to win the Major League softball state championship on Tuesday night.
The District III champions bounced back from a one-run loss to M.O.T. on Monday night to earn the crown.
Pitcher Sierra Lewis had four strikeouts with Maggie Bare adding another for Lower Sussex, which went 2-1 in the three-team tournament.
Gracie Riccio homered for M.O.T. while pitcher Samantha Stokes threw a complete game.
Lower Sussex is now 6-2 in its two all-star tourneys. The Sussex County squad also had to go to a second championship game to win the District III title with a 5-4 win over Georgetown.
Lower Sussex now advances to the Eastern Regional in Bristol, Conn. It is slated to face New Jersey on July 24 at 1 p.m. in its opener.
The Major League age group is the only Little League division that is playing tournaments beyond the state level this summer.

Lower Sussex 20, Camden-Wyoming 6: Lower Sussex wrapped up the Junior League state title with the victory on Tuesday night.
The District III champions won the best-of-three series, 2-0, to win all three of their all-star games.
8-10 District I Tournament
M.O.T. 21, Milford 1: The Middletown-area squad advanced to the district tournament finals with the win.
Milford and Camden-Wyoming will square off today at 7 p.m. at Dover with the winner facing M.O.T. on Thursday night.

Senior League
State Tournament
Camden-Wyoming 9, Georgetown 8: Camden-Wyoming edged Georgetown in the opener of the three-team state tournament on Tuesday night at Newark National.
Camden-Wyoming will take on District II champion Brandywine today at 6:30 p.m. in Newark.
Chrys Roscoe had a home run and four RBI for the District I champions while Isaac Thomas added two hits and a pair of RBI. Graham Buckson, Jaxson Monroney, Alex Newman and Connor Nester all added one hit apiece.
Buckson pitched two scoreless innings of relief to close out the victory with Eric Stewart and Colby Parenteau also pitching for Camden-Wyoming.
Ryder Robinson, Jacquin Rodriguez and Gage Shockley all had two hits for Georgetown, which went 3-0 in the District III tourney. Chet Mariner, Wyatt Helens and Gabe Cannon each added a hit.
Georgetown will play again on Thursday night in Newark against the loser of the Camden-Wyoming/Brandywine contest.
