Wilmington Friends blanked Delmar High, 19-0, in a non-conference football game on Saturday night.

The Wildcats, who fall to 3-2 after the loss at home, had a two-game winning streak snapped.

The Quakers (3-2), who had lost two straight games to Henlopen South squads, took control with a 10-point second quarter.

Boys’ soccer

Dover 2, William Penn 2: The Senators netted both their goals in the second half before earning the tie with the Colonials on Saturday.

College field hockey

Wesley 3, Eastern Mennonite 2: Jessica Behornar’s goal in the 75th minute gave the Wolverines (8-3) an overtime victory.

Behornar also tallied Wesley’s first goal while Margaret Johnson’s goal in the 47th minute knotted the score at 2-2. The Wolverines held advantages of 31-7 in shots and 21-4 in corners as Lauren Berry made a pair of saves.

College soccer

WOMEN, Hood 1, Wesley 0: Hood netted the contest’s only goal in the 75th minute to top the Wolverines (5-6).

Kiyanna Gill made five saves as Wesley was out-shot, 15-11.

MEN, Delaware 0, Charleston 0: The two teams played to a scoreless tie in a CAA match on Saturday night. Delaware is now 2-3-3.
