Rosetta E. Apgar

WOODLAND BEACH - Rosetta E. Apgar lifetime resident of Woodland Beach passed away Oct. 27, 2012. Mrs. Apgar was born June 19, 1948 in Dover, Del.. to the late Robert E. Gee and Rosetta Deacon Gee. She had worked for the State of Delaware as a social worker for 19 years. Mrs. Apgar enjoyed vacationing at the Outer Banks with her family each year. She is survived by her son, Eric Apgar and his wife Joni of Stockton, MD.; sisters, Helen Lowman and Suzanne Givens; her granddaughter, Halie Sue; her niece, Michelle Givens; and nephews, John Lowman and Michael Givens. Mrs. Apgar's family offers a special thank you to Delaware Hospice and the doctors and nurses at the Penn Center at Kent General Hospital. Services will be private. Letters of condolence may be sent and the guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
