REHOBOTH BEACH - Rose C. Payne passed away peacefully on Mon., Aug. 12, 2013, at Renaissance Healthcare, in Millsboro, Del. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on, Fri., Aug. 16, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 152 Tulip Drive, Lewes, DE 19958. A public viewing will be held prior to mass on Friday from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958. Interment will be on Fri., Aug. 23, 2013 at 11 a.m. 718 Hazelwood Ave, Pittsburgh, PA. Flowers are welcomed.
