DOVER — Rose Bowl Road will be closed for several days this month for several improvements at the Garden Learning Center, a new daycare facility, according to the Delaware Department of Transportation.

Rose Bowl Road will close between U.S. 13 and McKee Road in Dover, from 7 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 11, until 7 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 24, pending weather.

The project will consist of the following improvements: new entrance; work at the intersection of the travel lanes; installation of water and sewer lines and drainage improvements.

Detour routes will be posted for motorists. Residents will have access to their homes at all times but may need to take the posted detour route.
