SMYRNA - Ronald "George" Hall Jr., of Smyrna, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008, at the tender age of 24 in Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Md., of a rare liver virus. Born on Dec. 6, 1984, in Wilmington, he was the loving son of Ronald G. and Terry (Grace) Hall Sr. George was a shining star at any gathering and could always make anyone laugh. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball and football, and especially enjoyed spending time with his friends. In addition to his parents with whom he lived, he is survived by two brothers, Joseph Stover from Metairie, La., and Kelley Ray Hall of Smyrna; a sister, Devon Hall of Smyrna; a nephew, Michael Hearn Jr., who lived with him; his fiancé of 5 years, Samantha Simpson of New Castle; as well as many dear aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Godspeed to our gorgeous George. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, where family and friends may visit Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Townsend Cemetery. Arrangements by Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, Middletown.
