Williams, 66 NEWARK - Romaine Wilkerson Williams was called home to the Lord on Sat., Aug. 10, 2013 at the Christiana Care Hospital in Newark. Romaine was born on Nov. 11, 1946 to Channion and Natalie Wilkerson in Goldsboro, Md. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Williams. A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. on Sat., Aug. 17, 2013 in the First Baptist Church located at 291 Rose Bowl Rd, Dover, DE. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery. Friends and family may send letters of condolences via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
