Hudson, 96 FRANKFORD - Roland Aaron Hudson, age 96 of Frankford passed away on Monday, June 2, 2014 at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes. Mr. Hudson was born in Selbyville, son of the late, Vernon and Ethel (Lynch) Hudson. He served in the Merchant Marines during WWII and was the owner and operator of Roland A. Hudson Builder in the Frankford /Dagsboro areas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Hudson in 2011. Roland is survived by three sons, Robert Hudson, Ronald Hudson and Michael Hudson; five grandchildren, Nichele Lobo, Steven Hudson, Chris Hudson, Courtney Hudson and Jessica Hudson; and two great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher St., Frankford 19945, where friends and family may call after 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Prince George's Cemetery in Dagsboro.
