CLAYTON, DE - Richard Wilson Foster passed away on Saturday, December 23rd, 2023 at Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.
He was born in Wilmington on December 23rd, 1973 to Carol Foster and the late William Foster. He went to school in the Smyrna School District and was employed with IBEW Local 313.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, playing pool, throwing darts and making people laugh. He loved spending time with family and friends.
He was a member of Local 313, American Legion Post 14, and the Smyrna Clayton Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Foster; sons, Richard Foster Jr. (Hailee Smith), Mason Foster (Megan Schmidlkofer), and Trent Foster; his mother, Carol Foster; a brother, Charles Foster (Christine); a sister, Rebecca Fell (Barry); and nephews, Tyler Foster (Jill), Jacob Foster, Christian Grawl, William Hess (Megan).
In addition to his father; he was predeceased by a nephew, Michael Sethman.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 6th, Starting @ 4pm, at Smyrna Clayton Moose Lodge.

We would also like to thank the Smyrna Clayton Moose Lodge for helping to arrange the Celebration of Life. Finally, our family would like to send our gratitude and recognition to all of the friends and family that have been by our side throughout this difficult time.
