MILLSBORO - Richard James Ewell of Millsboro, formerly of Wilmington, passed away at home in the loving care of his family September 2, 2012. Services will be conducted at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro on Wed., Sept. 12, 2012 at 3 p.m. where friends may call one hour prior. Pastor Bob Hudson will officiate. Interment is private.
