Williams, 76 LINCOLN - Richard E. "Dicky" Williams died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013 at Bay Health Medical Center, Milford. He is the son of the late Richard E. Williams, Sr. and Dorothy Moore Hall. Mr. Williams graduated from Milford High School class of 1954 and served in the US Coast Guard. He was one of the first of the original four Frog Men to train under the US Navy off Key West. He worked for T.I.E. in Milford as an Audit Manager and then worked for Swain Construction as an Office Manager. He was a member of the Calvary U.M. Church and enjoyed participating in the Milford High School Class Reunions. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Ann; a daughter Victoria A. Williams of Eugene, Oregon; and one step-brother, Joseph Hall. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 in the chapel of Berry Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford Del., where friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. for a viewing. Interment will be Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln, Del. In lieu of flowers donation can be made the Calvary U.M. Church, 301 S.E. Front Street, Milford, Delaware 19963.
