DOVER - Reverend Allen Walter Martin, devoted and faithful husband of Colleen Rose Martin went home to be with the Lord on January 29, 2014. A Memorial / Celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014 at Faith Life Ministries located at 418 Rose Dale Lane, Dover, DE 19904. Family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to Faith Life Ministries or Modern Maturity Center in Dover.
