FEDERALSBURG, Md. - Rena W. Petter, formally of Bridgeville, Del., passed away on May 10, 2013. She was the daughter of the late William E. and Julia Hudson Willey. She is survived by one brother, William E. Willey and his wife Carol; and three sisters, Ruth Sweetman, Kathleen Cain and Yvonne Collins. A memorial graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Bridgeville Cemetery in Bridgeville, DE.
