Ray E. Frazier

Midland, Mich. - Ray E. Frazier formerly of Felton and Wilmington, passed away on Feb. 25, 2017.
He was born in Felton, son of the late Virgil Sr. and Eva (Greenlee) Frazier.
He graduated from Felton High School as salutatorian of his class, in 1942. He served in the Army, and was wounded in the Battle of the Bulge. After the Army, he worked as a Trust Officer in several banks, retiring in 1986. He and his wife, moved to Midland, Mich, in July of 2009, to be close to their son, Kevin and the rest of their family. Ray's true passion in life was his family, and nothing mattered more to him, then just being with them.
In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by four brothers, Virgil Jr., Bruce, Glenn, and Jack Frazier, all of Del.; a granddaughter, Sarah Ellen Frazier, of Midland, Mich.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Catherine "Kitty"; son Kevin A. (Rev. Lyn) Frazier, of Midland, Mich.; grandson, Matt (Heather) Frazier, of Midland, Mich.; and great-grandson, Corbin Frazier, of Midland, Mich.
According to Ray's wishes, cremation has taken place.
A private family service is planned, with burial to take place at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, at a later date.

Cremation services for Ray have been entrusted to the care of Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Home.
