DOVER - Randolph W. Nutter, of Dover, passed away on April 17, 2011, at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. He was 71. Funeral services will be noon, Saturday, April 23, 2011, at New Hope United Holy Church, 2249 Judith Road, Hartly, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Also, viewing on Friday, April 22, 2011, at New Hope United Holy Church from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Whatcoat United Methodist Church Cemetery.
