LeVan-Powell, 88 DOVER - Ramona Jane LeVan-Powell passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013 at her home. She was born on March 26, 1924 in Lancaster, Pa. to the late Floyd and Dorothy Trego Hornberger. Ramona worked at the State Treasurer Office in Dover for 15 years. She played bridge and enjoyed time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin "Bill" William Powell; and a son, Michael Q. LeVan. She is survived by her sons, Scott R. LeVan of Perkasie, Pa. and Timothy B. LeVan of Lancaster, Texas; four grandchildren; and one great grand child. Services will be held at a later date at the family's convenience.
