Three suspects accused in Kent burglaries
KENT COUNTY — Three arrests followed alleged burglaries in Kent County, Delaware State Police said.

Authorities said that on Monday at 10:39 p.m., troopers responded to a residence in the 700 block of New Wharf Road in Milford for a report of a burglary. Troopers determined that entry had been made into the residence and a detached garage. Police said numerous items were stolen, including three firearms prior to fleeing the scene.

On the same date at 10:55 p.m., troopers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Bowers Beach Road in Frederica in reference to a suspicious person complaint. Troopers located three persons nearby, parked in a cornfield — Marvin J. Poore, 29, Lawrence Custis, 15, of Frederica, and Porscha Estabrook, 14, of Frederica. Troopers observed property inside the vehicle that was reported stolen from the New Wharf Road burglary incident, police said.
