MILTON — The Delaware State Police have identified the victim involved in a serious crash that turned fatal Saturday as Charles Maxwell, 20, of Milton.
According to authorities, Mr. Maxwell was driving a Mercedes-Benz E320 when it left Harbeson Road on a curve and eventually crashed into the attached garage of a residence at approximately 12:30 a.m.
He was transported from the scene to a hospital in critical condition and later pronounced dead, police said.
