SALISBURY - Phyllis L. Larkin, formerly of Seaford, Del., died Jan. 31, 2013 at the Salisbury Rehab Nursing Center. Funeral service will be held Wed., Feb. 6, 2013 at Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C. Church , 901 W. Isabella St., at 10 a.m. Rev. Voilet Jones will officiate. Interment will be at Siloam U.M.C. Cemetery, Boothwyn, Pa. Arrangement are entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home -Salisbury.
