Bollman, 56 HARTLY - Philip Arthur Bollman, of Hartly, passed away on April 12, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was 56 years old. Phil was born on June 22, 1957 in Baltimore, Md. He was the son of Rev. Arthur and Joyce Bollman, of Camden. Phil was a Master Carpenter and owned his own business. His work was admired and appreciated by many people in the Dover area. One of his greatest accomplishments was supervising the construction of the original Southside Baptist Church building, where he was also one of the original members. Some of Phil's happiest moments were spent camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains with his family and dogs. Phil was passionate about a lot of things, whether it was his animals, his love of Eagles football, or politics. Philip is survived by his two sisters, Rebecca Snyder of Camden and Carolyn DeVito and her husband Benny, of Milton, Pa.; and one brother, Jonathan Bollman and his wife Paula, of Dover.He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Jr. and Lindsay Bollman of Milwaukee, Wis., Jason and Sara DeVito of Martin, Tenn., Rachel Snyder of Camden, Heather and Trey Evans of Magnolia, Jaimie DeVito of Milton, Pa., Sydney Brooks of Felton, Jenna DeVito of Milton, Pa.; and great nieces, Jozlyn Snyder of Camden, Ava and Alana DeVito of Martin, Tenn., and Skylar Brown of Camden. A gathering of remembrance will be 4 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Ave. Wyoming, De. 19934.
