Wyszynski, 73 MAGNOLIA - Peter J. 'Pete' Wyszynski, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at Kent General Hospital. Pete was born June 29, 1939, in Chicago, Ill. to the late Paul and Mary Ann Zajac Wyszynski. He served in the US Air Force, retiring in 1977 as a Tech Sergeant. He then worked for ILC Industries in Frederica as a model maker, and for Chesapeake Utilities as a locator. He enjoyed ship modeling, bowling, and gardening, was a gun nut, and especially enjoyed life as a family man and spending time with his wife, girls, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pete is survived by two daughters, Tami Flora of Ashburn, Va., and Mary Ann Connell and her husband Kevin of Abingdon, Md; grandchildren, Britney Mumford, Sydney Corrice and her husband Zac, Madison Leone and Carson Leone; three great-grandchildren, Brynner, Silas, and Lyla Sue Corrice; and two brothers, his twin Paul Wysznyski and wife Georgianne of Lamont, Ill., and George Wysznyski and wife Carol of Bolingbrook, Ill. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Sue Flora Wyszynski, in December, 2011. Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, (Rt.10). Friends may call one hour prior. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Seasons Hospice, 220 Continental Dr., Suite 101, Newark, DE 19713 Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at torbertfuneral.com.
