REHOBOTH BEACH - Paula L. Brown, of Rehoboth Beach passed away at her residence on Thursday, March 29, 2007. She was 43.

She was born Oct. 9, 1963, in Wilmington, daughter of the late Jerome J. King and Judith King Norton of Rehoboth Beach.

Ms. Brown had been employed as a quality control technician with the Homalite Corp. for 14 years. She also worked as a nanny for 10 years for the five Bardwell children.

Her hobbies included shopping and attending carnivals. She was loved by all who knew her.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, David J. Brown.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Cheryl McPherson and her husband, George, of Wilmington; her brother, Paul J. Brown and his wife, Tracy, of Lincoln; nine nieces and nephews; her stepfather, James Norton of Rehoboth Beach; her aunts, Ellen Laskowski of Wilmington and Patricia Davis of Smyrna; her uncle, Thomas Gerres of Albuquerque, N.M.; and her beloved dog, Chichi.

All services are private.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.

Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
