SEAFORD - Paula Armstrong, age 45, of Seaford, passed away into the open arms of her Heavenly Father on Feb. 24, 2011. The loving and devoted wife of Clifton Armstrong, and loving and dedicated mother of Jekira Armstrong, she is also survived by other relatives and friends.
