SMYRNA - Patricia J. Miller passed away at Pinnacle Health Care in Smyrna on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013. Mrs. Miller was born March 17, 1927 in Goshen, Ind., the daughter of the late Menno and Lulu Clason. She worked as an Assistant Purchasing Agent for the Gleason Corp. in Goshen for many years, and then moved to Smyrna with her husband in 1984. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Miller; and her son, James J. Miller. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Emma Simpler Miller of Middletown, Del.; three grandchildren, Aaron, his wife Erin, and their daughter, Adelle all of Charlotte, N.C., Michael and his wife Geri of Collegeville, Pa., and Beth of Middletown, Del. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in Ewell's St. Paul United Methodist Church, located at 401 West Street in Clayton, DE, where memorial services will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Ewell's St. Paul United Methodist Church, PO Box 266, Clayton, DE 19938.
