CHESTER, Pa. - Patricia Ballard (born Mary Patricia Parrington) died Nov. 25, at Crozier-Chester Medical Center. She was born and educated in Cambridge, Md., lived for a time in Easton, Md., later she and her children moved to Chester, Pa. She is survived by husband, Ronald Ballard; sister, Audrey Camper; children, Anthony Freeman and Carla Freeman; daughter-in-law, Carole Freeman; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces. Services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 8, at St. Lukes Church, at 4th and Central Ave., Chester, Pa. Viewing will be 9 to 11 a.m., with service following at 11 a.m.
