Patricia Anne Johnson

LEWES - Patricia Anne Johnson, of Lewes, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012 at Harbor Healthcare Center. She was 81. She was born in Baltimore, Md., daughter of the late Herbert M. and Lucy (Hull) Fee. Patricia was a cafeteria manager for the Seaford School District for 15 years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of and served as past president of the Delaware School Food Association. She was an active volunteer for the American Cancer Society and was past president and member of Beebe Hospital Auxiliary. She was a member of Goshen U.M. Church in Milton, Del., and had served as church secretary and also served on many committees over the years. She is survived by a daughter, Paula Johnson; a sister, Doris Lauer and husband Jacob, all of Lewes, Del.; step daughters, Jacqueline Rush and husband Mark, of Berlin, Md. and Debora Kindred and husband John, of Bath, Pa.; niece, Gail Miller, of Westminster, Md,; two step grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal Street, Milton, with visitation after 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Goshen U.M. Church, 103 Mulberry Street, Milton,DE 19968.
