Patricia Ann Hall, 79 DELMAR - Patricia Ann Hall died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, at her daughter's home in Delmar. Born in Salisbury, she was a daughter of James Ralph Hancock and Flossie Ellen Perdue Nichols. In her younger days, she worked as an inspector for the USDA, where she traveled the Mid-Atlantic training inspectors. She then went to work at the Gant Shirt Factory before working as a sales clerk for many years at Roses Department Store in Seaford. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Salisbury. She is survived by children, James Richardson, Patsy Pitmon, Ricky Richardson and Vickie Bryan; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, W. Vaughn Hall; a son, Charlie Allen Richardson; and a brother, James Virgil Hancock. A funeral service was held Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020, at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Interment was at Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron.
