DOVER - Orlando Lee Brown passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013 at Kent General. Orlando was born on December 16, 1985 in Dover. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at Pippin Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to help defray funeral expenses can be sent to Pippin Funeral Home, Inc. 119 W. Camden Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE 19934.
